Well maintained
I was told we could call on the way up and be put on the list to have our room cleaned first so we could check in early.. I called the phones were not working because of power surge which completely understand and so we went ahead and to the hotel early and she said she would put me on the list got my name and number.. we checked several times and it was not ready and at 4 pm we came to check in and it still was up in the air if our room was ready. I get if that is the rule you HAVE to wait til 4 to check in, then fine , but I was told twice something completely different.. but, besides that it was good.
