Good location, property maintained, no loitering, Room clean, comfortable, private and quiet, not a huge motel, good A/C, tv, internet, water pressure and temperature.

It was dated, but the exceptional cleanliness made up for that. If I would change one thing to make it a 10 it would be to remove the carpets and replace with vinyl.

It was fairly easy to find and conveniently located. Facilities were clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The room was very warm and stuffy. Although one window in the room could be opened there was no cross ventilation so the cooler air stayed outside. The air conditioner was very loud and largely ineffective. The bathroom fan was the same. They would be better off with ceiling fans to circulate the air. Pillows were somehow lumpy and flat at the same time.
