The location
The carpet was very old and dirty in the hallways and in the room. The bathroom had chipped paint and soap scum stains. The room was so musty smelling. Definitely NOT the five stars it was given. The staff however were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.

good breakfast, nice room with good heat and A/C, fresh cookies at check in.
The bathroom sink and tub drained very slowly. Water backed up in them when washing hands or taking a shower. Occupancy was high during the weekend of our stay and finding parking was a challenge

My granddaughter enjoyed the pool very much. Breakfast had several options to choose from and good. Room was very clean and beds were very comfortable.
