Underwhelming

Staff were helpful

My toilet wasn’t functioning well. I didn’t realize until midnight. Staff provided me with a plunger but I couldn’t get it working. The other option was to move us to a different room. My family was sleeping. The area was sketchy.

Never again

Personnel on duty were great.

Allot of homeless around vehicles in parking lot. The whole property is run down. Paint missing on walls, chairs missing fabrics. Holes in linens stains on towels. And we had to sleep with the window open due to the mildew smell.

Handy location; smelly carpeting; brown chipped paint in bathroom looks sad.

Yes, breakfast was nice and the price of our room was reasonable too. Staff were nice and helpful. Location provides close proximity to highway and airport.

Carpeting smells and stairwell is worse; halls smell and despite No Smoking designation, there was still the smell of it. Longer term guests at this hotel regularly require EMS support which is unfortunate - but event happening during our stay was handled professionally. Better and deeper cleaning would make for a much better rating.

Dirty and unsafe conditions.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of food. The beds were pretty comfortable and the sheets appeared clean.

The hardwood floors were dusty, there was vomit in the hallway, strange people were coming in and out of the building and made me uncomfortable. The area also did not seem as safe as I thought.

Main door always closed - staff not present to open it. There is no staff at the reception and you have to wait for like 10 /15 minutes for someone to arrive. Room dirty and smelly! Bathroom dirty too. In Europe Ramada has a reputation but not in the US I see…

we were put in a room that was rarely used down a hallway. it was a handicap room that was filthy and the shower flooded the entire bathroom.

The location was nice as well as the breakfast and parking.

The toilet didn't work very well and the hotel was right next to a busy street so it was quite loud. The TV also was skipping and not working most of the time when I tried using it.

Good Stay. Would use in the future if we need to.

We were very pleased with our stay. No problems bringing our Basset Hound. Wi'-Fi was good. Breakfast options were good for our needs and Parking was good. We experienced no problems at all. We also enjoyed the food carts that were just east down Stark St. Only about 3 blocks if one were walking and same side of the street, so no major traffic to cross.

Check the toilet before it gets late. I didn't think that advice was ever necessary to a guest at a motel chain like Ramada until I stayed there. My first night, I woke up and needed to use the toilet and didn't turn on the lights because I wanted to avoid waking up even more. I sat down on the toilet and fell off because the toilet seat had not be fastened down. I could have seriously hurt myself. I complained daily about the seat and ot wasn't until the third day of my stay that it was repaired. The assassination squad wasn't done though. That evening as I went into the bathroom I notice a rusted piece of metal laying on the floor. If someone had stepped on it, they could have been seriously injured or worse. I don't feel like one should rent a motel room and feel like their lives might be endanger. You've been warned.

It's OK

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. The staff allowed us to have late check out. I appreciated that each room had a refrigerator and a microwave, which I hadn't noticed on the booking.

In room 116, some of the outlets were not working. The hair dryer blew out when I tried to use it. The area is kinda iffy: a lot of homeless people in the area.. the breakfast should be kept open a little longer.

Superb

Good location very close to my destination. Easy to find and very well located to freeway.

The athtub was dirty w woman's hair. I had to rinse it w hot water. The base boards need attention...dusty. All in all was very comfortable.
