Need better tv provider, remove the pile or rocks that are in front on Rm 129-130 it is dangerous

Friendly employees,clean ,comfortable bed, nice size room

Parking in front of Rm 130,concrete is about 14” high in front of room we are both in both over 70yrs it is very difficult to step over,there are some refrigerated trailers with refrigerated unit making noise all night,I do not smoke but room smelled also bad heavy smoke odor, in known air spray was used to block odor but it only make it worse,the second the day smell not so bad Hess I got used to it but the motor noise on refrigerator trailer was still loud,had problems trying to watch tv most decent channels needed pin or pass word

fair, but would love to stay somewhere else

I like the staff; they were extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The room I was given had issues with A/C and a sink; they immediately called a repairman, who suggested moving me to a next-door room, where A/C and water features were working properly.

The motel is old; it requires remodeling. The owners are probably trying to do everything they can to maintain it, but time takes its toll, they need to fix it.

Not good!

I booked four rooms for four nights for my team. They had to switch rooms as the first room smelled like urine. Another room had no hot water. Not good!!! We will not book this hotel again.

This hotel needs a lot of work, very poorly maintained at present.

I was able to get a room. Almost all hotels were sold out. I did get a free cup of coffee and the front desk lady was very nice and polite.

The hotel need a lot of work. Sink coming off the wall, cracks in ceiling, gaps in the main door and no telephone in the room. I probably wouldn't book it again; especially if another hotel is available.

Exceptional

Nice staff. Large, very clean carpeted room, which made it super easy for our dog to move around. Tile can be a bit slippery.

Not good!

Staff was friendly, the room was terrible!

Door did close the whole way, carpet disgusting, bed was terrible, bathroom is nasty. In the lobby, they have free coffee and bananas, charge you for water. Overall condition of our room, 106, not acceptable!

great room upgrades but always room for improvement

comfortable beds, nice and cold rooms

room 112 found ball of hair in shower drain my husband had to remove it . Also window shade/curtain one side of it was broken

Very Clean, staff friendly They had large rooms and it was all handicap accessible.

Not mini frig, no ice container and no electric plug to charge cell by bed side. Bed fitted sheet was to small keep getting tangled.

The trip was last minute and I was hesitant to stay at Welcome Inn , but room was clean and spaciou.

The room was large and clean.

What was provided for breakfast could have been a little better but it was sufficient.

Very good

Facilities were older but adequate, I understand we did not get a newly remodeled room. The furniture was older but very functional such as a chest of drawers and a comfy armchair. The bedding was very pretty and the beds were comfy. Breakfast did not include choices for the lactose intolerant such as non-dairy milk although they did offer cereal. They had no meat or eggs but did have yogurt and apples and bananas. Could park right by the room.

It’s was wonderful

Jessica at the front desk was wonderful. She made us feel right at home and responded to my on line messages very quickly. We truly enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to our family and friends

Would stay here again when available

This property has come a long way. Hotel was very run down and was a complete eye sore. From what I understand, it is under new management and the ladies in the office are professional/helpful. Prices are accommodating, area has been cleaned up and rooms are exceptional. There is also plenty of parking in a well lit area. We’ve stayed here in the past and for being a cheaper priced hotel we made it work for a overnight stay. It definitely feels/looks a lot better now that it’s being renovated.

We enjoyed or stay and comfy bed.

The staff that welcome me was very friendly, the room environment exceeded my expectations. It did not smell muggy or stuffy. A hidden gem to stay at and if the opportunity occurs again my plans are to stay at Welcome Inn.
