The friendly staff, great location, great restaurant, comfy bed, nice shower, nightly turn down and treats!
The highway noise. Our air conditioner leaked so floor was wet and listened to the dripping all night after I put a trash can under it to catch the drips.

Staff was friendly, room and hotel was clean and comfortable, valet and maintenance person was helpful.
The restaurant was horrible. The menu was wrong, personnel was uninformed, incapable of using their computer and credit card machine

Close to everything
We asked to have our room cleaned after 2 days. We only got new towels. The jet tub wasn’t very clean
