The location & the pool area. The shower & shampoo was good, would like the name of the shampoo so I can order some.
The carpet around the baseboards was falling down, No towels or wash rags. Attempted to call the desk for some about 11pm but no dial tone on phone. My grandson walked to office for towels & was told they wouldn’t have any until the next day. My grandson said he had to shower at that time & they gave him 1 wash rag & pool towel for 2 people. The next morning we talked to a different employee to have 2 of each at the desk with our room # that night when we came back, & no housekeeping. And they were there waiting for us. No paper towels or rags to clean up a spill the first night, & not wanting to use the only towel or wash rags, I used a pair of my panties to clean it up. We didn’t turn on TV so can’t comment about that. Would have liked having the pool open later. The breakfast advertised was a joke. Cereal, fruit, milk, juice & coffee.
