There was so much stuff to do for all ages

Everything was clean. Such a beautiful place. Plenty places to eat, with arcade and 3 swimming pools with waterslides on property. And a beautiful lake with water toys, jet skis and boats to rent. We were so impressed.
One night our ac went out but within 5 minutes maintenance came and fixed it. All back to good in a matter of minutes.

My family enjoyed the swimming pools, arcade and the towel exchange.
The state of the room itself was supbar, the carpet was filthy, the bedding wasn't the cleanest. There were spiders in the room, as well as some unknown small insect waiting under the covers of one of the beds our very first night. We also noticed what seemed to be mold on the bathroom ceiling; the four of us often sneezed during our room stay, but no where else on the property. There was also an issue with the elevator often malfunctioning and continuously taking us to the wrong floor.. As far as the on site restaurants, the workers at Pizza World were often curt & irritable. We ate/ordered from there numerous time, and each time, were met with the same coldness. Which is unfortunate, because the food was outstanding. Furthermore, on our last night, I attempted to order from El Jefe's but was told they were closed. However after speaking with the concierge, I had been informed that they were usually supposed to still be serving around the time I went.. So in other words, I was lied to, and went without dinner that day.
