Insane amount of amenities. Really beautiful and well appointed. Our condo was nice. We can’t wait to go back. They really went above and beyond to make it fun. The free water activities were my kids favorite part.
The “heated” pool is not actually heated realistically for cool October weather and they know it so it’s kind of misleading. The weather was 70’s and it was ice cold-polar plunge temperature. Also my condo had carpet that desperately needed a steam clean. That being said we will be back it was that good.

The staff was kind, and there were on property activities for kids, including the fall festival
Rooms were pretty outdated, and there were areas of the room that weren’t very clean. There were a couple of spiders that were alive in our room, and the water from the faucets had an oily feel to them. The digital clock that came with the room had a faulty cord, and the cord sparked very big and actually burnt the cord off and back of the clock had burn marks. And lastly, with small kids, I think there should have been a double bolt lock on the door. Even if the door was locked, if the door handle was pulled at all the door would immediately unlock and open.
