Coffee was powdery and very little breakfast choices.

The room had not been cleaned. We arrived late and had we not been so exhausted, we would have asked for our money back. Should have anyway, as I could not sleep from fear of bugs crawling over me.

More variety for breakfast. Wish there was a way to get to second floor without going outside. It was raining pretty hard when we arrived and had to enter through an exterior staircase.

Sneaking in a 12 dollar pet fee I was not aware of, not to mentionI am a disabled veteran with a service animal. Charged 10 extra dollars to check out at noon, but staff did not make that pleasant, kept asking me if I was checking out at 11. I found that 10 dollar fee shady.

The woman at the desk was amazing! Bed comfortable. Clean and tidy.

They refused my booking through booking.com. They made me use their service and cancel my reservations.

The rooms were not clean, especially the floors and bathroom fixtures. The beds seemed clean and were comfortable, but there were stains and cigarette holes on the sheets. Our room smelled strongly of smoke, even though it was supposedly a non-smoking room. The updated decor was attractive, but the door of our room looked like a wreck; perhaps they were in the process of repainting it, but no mention was made of that.
