The staff was nice

Paid for a " king suite " through booking.com , turned out to be a full suite ( no kings at all at the hotel ) .

I like the kitchen service was great BBQ outside Overall I loved it

Didn’t like the fact they charged me twice, but it was taking care of right away by the manager

Front desk clerk accurately explained difference between queen size room and a king size room

Getting bumped down to queen size bedroom suite. Shower curtain was moldy, all rooms needed a thorough cleaning. Living room sofa is not comfortable

Townes by Marriott is my best choice of present of hotel.Customer services is great.

short stay but great customer service made it feel less hectic. will be going back for all my future stays in the Aiken

It was absolutely terrible. Disgusting.

The location was great. That was all we liked about this hotel. We were there for less than 1 hour total.

Our room was dirty, smelled very strongly of marijuana, the bed was unmade, dirty towels on the floor, trash on the counter, and a cell phone charger plugged into the wall. It was a total disaster. We WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HOTEL. When we spoke with the manager she was completely unprepared to help us. It is clear that our room was being used by the hotel staff as a "smoking area."

Superb

Great facility, clean, close to everything, good value!

We did not appreciate the maid knocking on the door before 9am and trying to come in the room when we had been given a noon check out!

Comfortable place to stay

Convenient comfortable and clean. Breakfast every morning staff was super nice this was my second stay here and will be back in the winter.

Very disappointed

Did not see anywhere for extra charges for pets when making reservation on Booking.com. I have 2 miniature doxies. Was told as soon as we walked in the lobby it would be $200 extra for the dogs. Our room was only $100 and the room was very dirty. It was obvious the floors had not been swept, mopped or vacuumed as there was pet hair and dirt all over the floors and carpet. There was also a ring in the tub where it had not been cleaned and hair all in the bathroom including the back of the toilet, sink and tub.

The stay was average at best.

Good location for my business needs and the front desk person during my night there was very professional and had a nice personality. He even made sure that the loud music that was playing next to my room stopped so that I could rest and prepare for my meeting the next morning. Excellent customer service.

The front desk staff during check in and checkout were not friendly at all and their customer service was lacking as well.

The mattress could stand replacement it was old and soft and we rollded to the middle.

I didn't have a stay as there weren't any rooms available

I booked 2 rooms tbrough booking.com, when I arrived 4 hours later I was told they didn't have any rooms. Booking.com screwed me after traveling 11 hours, thanks!!!!

Masters weekend

The Cost was GREAT!!! The Bed was Super comfortable! And the staff was Awesome!

The only thing I didn’t like was the parking area location and the lack of lighting in that area. It could definitely use more lighting guest would feel a lot more safe & comfortable walking to and from the building & their cars at night....

Great Stay

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The property was pet friendly but you have to pay an extra $100. Thought it was included in price but it wasn’t. Still a nice place to stay. The pool is small also.
