Messed up reservation and a smokey room was very dissatisfied

Convenient location

The room was in bad shape. There was stink bug crawling on the ceiling. The rooms smelled like smoke. There were issues with booking.com and the hotel not getting the updated changes in the reservation and they were not friendly toward booking.com stating you guys get all the money and they have to deal with all your mess ups

We love this hotel, the location, the staff are just amazing. This was our second time staying here in last month and it's like our home away from home, while we are looking for a house to buy.

Price and convenience

Rooms need upgrading, and deeper clean, but for 1 night it was good. Definitely seen worse at other brands and this room didn’t make me wanna run away. It just needs to be upgraded.

Came in sometime after 11 pm. Super great staff.. will be staying again.

The staff was amazing.. I don't want to miss spell the lady at checkin time was 11 pm.. she is from New york.. she recommended vampire penguin which was awesome!!!!!! Wished I could have left her note to say thank you. We never stayed in Aiken before, and it was so peaceful at this little spot... thanks again front desk clerk hands down a big assets to your company.

The hard little couch pillows (extra bed pillows) .. and really small bathroom

worst place I have ever stayed at will never return will not recommend to friends and family

I didn’t like anything about this property it was ghetto I felt like I was in the hood.

everything the gas we’re ghetto blasting music smoking weed. Yeah people cussing out little kids the room was so out of date.

I left before breakfast was available: 05:00

The room that I was given was overpowered with the smell of cigarette smoke. Signs of cigarettes' ashes were on the bed and sheets. The bathroom is dated at best. The carpets were filthy. I found out by walking on them in my white socks. The remote for the tv was filthy.

great location and we were allowed to have our dog, which is why we chose it. Reasonably priced but cheaper is not always better.

The room was not clean! Mirrors were dirty, thick dust on bed and shelves in the bathroom, spider webs in the sink area, dirty carpet and the sheets and bed spread had cigarette burn holes!

while checking in a woman had come in (assume she was not a hotel guest) and was obviously beat up with her face bleedin

convenience to downtown area

the room hadn’t been cleaned - there was still dirt on the night stand from the previous occupant. when a room is supposed to be non smoking it should not smell like smoke! hard time breathing.

I was overall happy with my stay. The location was perfect and the staff was excellent.

I was initially given a room with pet dander all over the floor and the bed. The front desk was quick to assign me another room. Very courteous and very professional service.

the staff was super helpful

the rooms were dirty. holes in comforters smelled like cigarette smoke, stains in drapes, staff willing to change up rooms but not many were exceptable and even those were not feeling very clean
