It’s obviously an old motel but has been renovated very nicely. Our room was spotless, the bed was so comfortable, and the towels were THICK, which by motel standards is something of a unicorn!
The only thing I didn’t like, and I told the manager about it, was the sink and shower are very slow to drain. The water sits for a while before it goes down. But it’s not something I’d make a big deal about.

Minimalist design, pretty quiet, did not hear noise from other rooms. There's an excellent Mexican restaurant right next door.
In the first room, the toilet did not flush. We switched to a different room, and in that room, the tub did not drain and my partner had yucky water to his ankles and had to exit the shower. Some surfaces did not look clean.
