This hotel offers great quality at really reasonable prices. Breakfast is a little above average for similar hotels, and the lady that usually works the breakfast buffet always working hard to keep up quality and service. Rooms are usually perfect (I stay about 4 to 6 nights a year!). A very well kept building.
Front desk folks need to be better trained and have a better attitude and attempt to be more helpful. They are the only weak point at this place.

Breakfast was great.

Nice hot breakfast. Plenty of protein. Location is close to family. Greeted by a very nice and friendly lady at check-in. The hotel is quiet and clean.
The king bed in room 416 was sunken in.
The hot water on the 4th floor was COLD! The next morning we let it run for 10 minutes before it turned hot enough to shower. That was ridiculous for your hotel.
Secondly, we asked at the desk for clean towels to be delivered to our room. Upon returning late in the evening, that request was not met. I went back down to the desk and politely explained our earlier request and asked for fresh towels. There was no apology, just "How many".
The elevator was not working so I had to carry luggage down the stairs. It was promptly repaired but not before I had carried our bags down. I am 75 years old so it was a challenge for me.
We have stayed at your location a dozen times. This was a major disappointment.
