Dissapointing at hotel but was still a good trip for our family

Did not eat it. The 2 days we were able to try it they didn't have it set up. Was dissapointed we picked this place over a less expensive option because of the breakfast.

Cleaner and no attitude from front counter people. Also would be nice not to have a nasty porno DVD left in the dresser.

Poor Conditions and Customer Service

The location was the only positive thing because it was right off the highway.

The customer service from the office staff and the condition of the room was piss poor. Unfortunately we traveled for 3hrs, checked in only to find out when we got in the room it was not what we had reserved 2wks in advance. The room condition was poor. We requested a different room and the man in the office said that there were no more rooms due to other customer complaints he had to shut down some rooms. He explained the manager would be in first thing in the morning to give us a refund. Since we were already charged for our 2 nights(the original plan) we didn't just have extra money to go find another room that late at night. We had to grin and bare it for the night unfortunately. Needless to say no manager was in the office and the lady that was there was half ass reluctant to resolve our problem. We have various pictures of the room and condition of both beds but it only allows for one in each category 😠

Location

Building isn’t very clean, not at all a value for the amount which I paid. On the name of breakfast they just have grab and go and no milk.

Last minute booking that was affordable and clean

I don’t usually stay in motels but it was very clean and didn’t stink. all other hotels were booked and expensive due to freaky deaky and we were able to find this gem! would def come back

I would stay here again. Budget friendly!

Super Friendly Staff, and beds were very comfortable. Security: I appreciated the price and also the security of the parking lot. We were moving and had personal items in a trailer. Appreciated the cameras and extra bright lighting of the parking lot.

Housekeeping just walking in to the room not waiting for answer back and the Manger was rude and hatefull

Rooms were very unsanitary and looked like no one had cleaned it for months. Bed sheets stunk so bad I had to use my own

Close to lots of restaurants and the freeway

The room looked a lot cleaner in the pictures, when we got the room we noticed some ‘adult stains’ on the couch. The pillows and bed covers smelled like they were washed with dirty water and no detergent. It’s a trucker motel. If you’re not a germaphobe, you won’t mind.

OK at best. Rate it a 1 star. Won't stay there again even if it was free!

Location was fine. Staff was friendly. Didn't take advantage of the breakfast.

While the overall room was clean and tidy, I noticed after I'd been walking around bare footed for a few hours that the bottoms of mine and my Wife's feet were BLACK. The carpet in the room felt slightly "sticky" on the bottoms of our feet. It appears that the carpets in the room haven't EVER been shampooed. NASTY! Took some effort with a wet wash cloth and soap to get the black stuff off our feet.
