Breakfast was good....didn't like the protein the 2nd day.....location was good

We had to change rooms....there was a strange odor in the first room . The location of the TV could have been better.

During our stay, we noticed several issues with the room that affected our overall experience. When we first arrived, the couches had visible stains on them. While I understand that housekeeping may clean and sanitize them, the stains made the furniture look dirty and not very presentable. The bathroom and shower doors also did not lock properly, and the glass shower door would not close all the way. Because of this, water leaked onto the bathroom floor every time we showered, and we frequently needed extra towels just to clean up the water. We also experienced problems with the water temperature. At random times throughout the day, there would be no cold water at all. Even when the water was turned completely to the cold setting, it would still come out extremely hot and steamy, to the point that it felt like it was burning my skin. The toilet would sometimes take a long time to refill after being flushed, which meant we were unable to flush it again for a while if needed. Lastly, the main light in the room did not work. We had to rely on the lamps, as well as the bathroom and shower lights, to properly light the room. Overall, these maintenance and cleanliness issues made the room feel less comfortable and well-maintained than we expected from our stay.
