Over night stay to visit family in the hospital. We always stay hotel when we have a family member in the hospital and they are super easy to work with and super friendly.

This is our second time staying here. We stay here the night before our cruise and it’s more then enough space in the room. I love how the shower is in a separate room then the toilet. The breakfast however could definitely improve but other then that i would recommend and stay here again. It’s a lot of restaurants and shopping around the area making it very convenient.

The room was VERY wheelchair accessible and comfortable. The staff were very nice. The free Wi-Fi was awful and not secure and the coffee in the lobby was never refreshed after breakfast. The breakfast was good, though.

Absolutely wonderful front desk staff! The very kind lady that checked us in was the epitome of customer service! She went out of our way to move us to a room close by our duet partner (we were in town for a dance competition)! Then the next night she made accommodations for us to use one of the conference rooms for a quick 15 min rehearsal for the girls to practice their routine! Overall wonderful experience!

The staff at this SpringHill Suites were phenomenal. Special shout out to Cynthia who has been a great member of their team for many years. The housekeeping staff, the bartender, the front desk every employee was great. I travel a lot for work and this is one of the best managed hotels I have seen at this price point. -Scott

I was really looking forward to staying at Springhill. The area was nice around the hotel, was in a safe spot, staff was nice, however, our room had a spot where the floor was coming up, the fridge in the room didn’t work, the door to the shower room didn’t close all the way, and the faucet in the half bath wasn’t secure.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are large and I really enjoy having a sofa to sit on in the evening. Breakfast is good with a nice variety.

Irma the lady for the breakfast service was so lovley and helpful. Her chipper demeanor was welcomed in the morning. When I couldn't open the gym door (due to human error) she left her post and came to help. She didn't even laugh at me, although I did.
We had a nice little chat about my work and why I was in town over my breakfast. When you are away from home and loved ones it's comforting to share a conversation with someone.
The lady that checked me in was also quite pleasant and welcoming although I did not catch her name as I was extremely tired.

I booked this hotel because it has a bar only to find out the bar is no longer open on the weekends. My stay was great but definitely would've booked at another hotel where the bar is open on the weekends.

The hotel smelled clean as we arrived. My wife and I noted the hallway and elevator were clean. Upon entering our room we were pleasantly surprised as to the condition of our room.
The front desk was very professional and courteous both in checking in and checking out.
We will definitely stay here again

It was an ok stay. The condition could have been better. There was no lock on the restroom and we found an old apple between the bed and nightstand. Also they were unable to get thre coins out of the dryer so we could dry the clothes we washed so we had to go to a hotel next door to dry them.

From check in to check out, our experience was excellent! Lisa was very friendly and professional at check in, as well as our check out clerk! Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable! The complimentary breakfast was the best we’ve ever had! We, along with our dear Friends spent one night before cruising. We will definitely stay here again!

Amber was so welcoming and made check in a breeze! Looking forward to breakfast in the morning and may visit the lounge for a $2.00 beer! Very nice lobby and super nice room!

Room was nice and clean, only problem was the ghetto basketball team that was partying in the halls in our floor all night and left food and trash in the halls. Other than that, it was nice

The staff at the hotel were very friendly. The rooms were very clean and the beds were so comfortable and soft. I would stay at SpringHill Suites again.

It was fresh, and clean, and had a nice unique interior design in the rooms. We enjoyed our spacious room and stay with you. We will use SpringHill Suites in our future travels. An area of improvement would be the breakfast. It was a well-maintained area by the staff but the food and options were the same as most chains. Saying this with regards to SpringHill Suites is in a much different class of hotels maybe the breakfast could be a bit better. Nevertheless, we look forward to a future stay.

Room was mostly clean, no phone, tv in odd place. Room darkening curtains didn’t close all the way and there was a bright outside light shining in window all night long.
