Lovely place I would stay again.

The room was very modern and the bathroom was spacious. The entrance of the hotel was beautiful and it was an activity table that family friends can chill and have fun with each other. The pillows were super comfortable as soon as I laid down I fell asleep.

The shower leaked a lot of water onto the floor even with the door closed. For breakfast I ordered the waffle with fruits which had a picture of two waffles for $8. When I asked the front desk person if I can add 3 waffles he said no it only came with the two. But when I got the plate it only had one waffle and asked the front desk person what happened to the other waffle and he said “well I guess it only comes with one”. I was very disappointed because I was getting for my kids to share.

Bartender was very happy and friendly. Room could be kept nice and dark. Air on and at perfect temp when walking into room on a hot day

Very good

Staff was pleasant, and the rate was good.

Miscommunication with the staff and shuttle driver. Staff just assumed the times shuttle would arrive instead of contacting him directly.

Good hotel, but rude staff.

The hotel is well situated in a shopping area near the airport.

The front desk staff has to be the most rude we have ever encountered.

rooms were nice

We had lost a piece of jewelry that we know for certain was in the room and I called several times with no reply. I’m not assuming someone took it but it was taken off in the bathroom. It was given by a family member and was special and it would have been nice to have it returned to us.

Bed was really comfortable and the room was nice, and parking was great!

The shower water pressure was not strong like the Element rooms.

Overall love the room and atmosphere, staff was friendly.

Room was comfortable and clean

Was disappointed when I returned to my room next day, room wasn’t clean. Staff neglected to tell me that I have to request service. They did give me extra towels

My stay was great!

I enjoyed the setup of the room. I enjoyed the proximity of the hotel in relation to the mall. I enjoyed the phenomenal staff.

I enjoy the stay at the hotel very comfortable.

The room is very clean and nice and warm no trash.

The roads are good, nice and clean. The only thing I did not like was they did not have a ice machine on the floor.

Did not feel safe here. Had issues and when speaking with the manager, I feel like she thought we were making it all up.

The pool was fun for the kids

Beds would not stay in place. They kept sliding off the frame. The sink was broke and had to be fixed as soon as we got there (water wouldn’t go down the drain). Kids were banging on our room door and running throughout the night. Was told that it was the elevator, which we were far away from and I caught the kids with my own eyes.

Pleasant

We enjoyed how close it was to the mall and casino.

We did not enjoy how the toilet would not flush and no one could fix it until morning and by that time we were leaving, they had nothing their for us to fix it. The front desk told me the bar would be open til 11-12 they closed at 10 sharp, so we were unable to have a drink.
