very disapointed with how we were treated

the bed was nice

better customer service , when my Wife and I got there and checked in and got to our room the TV did not come on (work) told the front desk and they were no help and said that someone would be in around 11PM and they could help us asked them and they said it would be about 45 minutes that would make it after midnight and that was not OK with Us because we were going to sleep , talked to the manger or so in the morning and he said that we would need to email corp. we have stayed there other times and we dont know if we are going to stay there again SAD and very Disapointed with how we were treated .

It was a good stay but the property could use some updating and fixing.

The property is in a great location, the cost for 2 room was wonderful.

The property is run down, carpets are dirty, door handles are broken and rooms do not smell good.

I did not like anything

The person in the lobby made me wait more than an hour there, I know why she didn't want to change the reservation that I already had from the day after to the day before, I had to call booking and they got in touch and then she wanted to make the change, they shouldn't have having people like that working there since they hinder the flow of the client and make everything more agile

We would not recommend this place to anyone, Please replace the carpet and hire better cleaning staff

The staff was friendly, Nice breakfast buffet and the good location for where we needed to go

The carpet in the hallway stunk there was a broken sink in the hallway. There was hair in the bed and the sheet was stained, and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom

Convenient to the restaurants and the place aquarium and boondocks

Frist , we stayed for 2 days 2 adults and child and asked for 2 extra towles. The old man at the front desk agrue with us . Said things not supposed to said to customer. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.. Second toliet water keep running , not flush properly. We need to fixed it every single use. The bottle empty shampoo and conditioner . Third, The door slam to loud when ever other rooms in and out . At night we hardly sleep because loud noise from people outside or others' room talking......I booked this one because I thought this one the same at Cedar city..bottom line.. I am not recommending at the Draper City .

Good value. Clean room.

Room and furniture looks outdated. The carpet in the hall looked dirty. The door didn't lock but the person at the front desk replaced batteries and made the lock to work.

It was convenient access to freeways and ski hills. Staff weren't rude, and probably would have been really great if the environment wasn't so awful.

It was filthy, smelly, loud, and the staff seemed super miserable. Upon arrival there was blood and hair on the sheets and pillows, and I had to ask multiple times to get a clean set of linens that I changed myself because there were no housekeeping staff to clean the room. The room was also quite smelly. I feel bad for the staff because they weren't rude, they just seemed exhausted and unhappy.

You get what you paid for.

The location was perfect for the reason I was there.

I did not enjoy the room at all. The room smelled, broken corners and furniture. I did not feel comfortable or safe there. The clerk was not friendly and barely said two words to me when I checked in. I was very happy to leave the next day.

Good value for the money. The day manager was friendly and helpful--not the evening one.

Breakfast was adequate and perfect for what I needed. Location was easy--right behind the lobby on the first floor.

They don't clean the room every day--they said only every other day. Also, the hair dryer didn't work and I had to repeatedly ask for another one until they finally gave me a hand-held one late in my second day there.
