Good

The front desk staff was wonderful. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Best value for my money.

We were not far from the ice machine.... wish other guests were a little more considerate.

It is a nice facility. I wasn't anticipating it being so big. My family will definitely stay again.

Need more regular coffee in the rooms. And the layout was a little odd.

Probably not again, had trouble getting to sleep, due to the noise.

Our room was on the street, you had open rooms and you put us right on one of the busiest streets in Grand Island. If you stay there, request a room not on the street .

Well, we overall felt okay about our stay. The complimentary breakfast was the best part!!

We liked the clean room and food was Amazing!

We didn’t like that when we pulled up, the outdoor sign was missing panels and just the internal lights were showing. This is how it was for both signs. The parking lot didn’t look nice either. Looked from The outside like a run down place that we wouldn’t have chosen, but inside was nice.

worst hotel stay ever!

staff was friendly and the room was clean

failure to implement noise control panels in hallways so you could hear guests every word walking down the hallways…. which was worse when it was kids running down halls, yelling and screaming and knocking on random doors until after 1 am. I called the front desk so many times during our 2 night stay and ended up leaving around 10pm and driving home, realizing we wouldn’t be able to get sleep again that night. this was honestly the worst hotel stay of my life. I would not recommend this place during a weekend at all.

Good location and very delicious breakfast. It would have been nice to have been informed the pool and hot tub was close

The location was nice and close to things. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. Lots of choices and they kept things filled up.

We booked this hotel for the pool and was not told beforehand or at check in that the pool was closed. It wasn’t listed on the website either. We had our suits on and walked down, only to find a sign saying it was closed.

Everything! Very hospitable, accomidating and positive attitude. The owner held my dog leash while I went through the breakfast line, need I say more. 10 star hotel in my eyes.

This was not a very pleasant stay and also no parking at all

The breakfast was good was told there was bacon and stayed all weekend and never saw bacon

Having dirty hotel laundry every time we walked in the hotel door and a barking dog all night long down the hall. Front desk staff was very unhelpful.

The beds were comfortable and super clean rooms.

Shower is kinda small made me feel tall and I'm decently short.

Ok stay.

The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable.

It was odd having the bathroom and sink right there by the front door without really an entryway - felt weird. Our room was probably the worst King bed room they had because it was right above the front desk and the atrium walkway/breakfast room so there was noisy chatter almost all night that disturbed sleeping. The really bad part of our stay was the initial check-in which was late at night after a long day of driving -- apparently, even though I had confirmation in the booking.com app, booking .com did not send our reservation to the hotel. Fortunately, they had a room for us but were going to charge the regular price - BIG difference. It's hard to sleep well after a stressful check-in. But the next morning when we checked out I took it up with the manager and she was good to only charge what we would have gotten with the booking .com discount (although I did get charged more than I would have if the reservation would have been directly sent through - the manager thought the total price I was supposed to get with booking .com was the price per night so I ended up with paying taxes on top of it. But it was still way better than the full price I thought I was going to have to pay).
