Absolutely terrible hotel to stay at. We paid $250 for this hotel, and it should not cost over $50 regardless of what’s going on in town. Walls are paper thin and the hotel in general is very ran down and dirty. Due to state wrestling in Grand Island this weekend, we were unable to cancel our room and try and boom somewhere else. We will never stay here again

Staff was mostly adsent. Continental breakfast was terrible. Dining area was very dirty with zero attention being given to it. Rooms had been recently remodeled and were ok.

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful; I can't tell you how many times I've gone to a hotel and the clerk wouldn't make eye contact or would barely speak to me. The view out the window and the seating area behind the hotel on the water was a real, pleasant surprise.

It was a family stay to visit my grandson and after the room was rented my daughter and my grandson were not allowed to visit me in my room! I was very upset! Sadly,I will not stay there again.

Staff were great and friendly. Stay was comfortable and worth the price. Physical structure is a little old and raggedy, but suffices. Window screen was torn, drapes had a hole in them, AC was difficult to figure out but worked, lamp was crooked and wobbly. Some random electrical sockets head no light bulbs.

The arrangement of furniture in the room made it impossible to get around the queen bed. I moved the table into a corner of the room and placed the small refrigerator on top of the table to make room for us to move within the room. The breakfast offerings were mediocre at best.

While the rooms were clean the beds seemed old and the carpet in the hallways was dirty. Also the side doors did not always completely close and lock. Additionally parking was limited if you were pulling something behind your vehicle.

Property is underground some renovations. Our room was good except there was no place to hang clothes. Also windows opened but no screens to keep bugs out. Three was a small pond in the back of the property that our room faces so nice view.

The property looked like it was doing some renovation at tine of stay, so only one way in or out through the main lobby. Hot water took quite a while to get to the shower, which wasted alot of water but water pressure was good and the room was clean. The door swing lock was loose, but we were there to basicly rest and clean up- and this property served that purpose

I understand it’s cheap. But even at that, it smells terribly of smoke, is not that clean, and every room I’ve stayed in has something broken. This last one had a handicap accessible shower head that just dangled and had no place to secure it to take a normal shower. The pillows are like bricks

We had a very comfortable room with a large and modern bathroom. There was a beautiful lake view from our window. The free continental breakfast was adequate and the building has no elevators so early check in is advised. A great place to stay, and at a reasonable price.

They were remodeling so it wasn't perfectly clean. I had a great view of a lake from my window. I felt safe there and the location was perfect. Friendly staff.

I stay there for a cheap place to nap, literally. But the place could use significant upkeep and updating and they can’t say the offer a breakfast. At least I haven’t gotten any bedbugs yet.

I DID NOT LIKE THE PILLOWS--THEY WERE TO SMALL FOR A QUEEN SIZE BED--AND THEY WERE VERY HARD TO SLEEP ON. I WILL NOT USE THIS MOTEL AGAIN. YOU SHOULD UP GRADE.

All other reviews are accurate. Mold on walls around shower. Hair s on sheets, towels nees thrown away, exterior doors would not lock allowing access to facility and not secondary lock on doors.

Tub drain stop broke away from tub. Tub showed where someone had tried to fix crack in it with duct tape and with some sort of plastic cover. VERY CRUDE AND INEFFECTIVE. I cant imagine the amount of water that ran thru crack in tub while showering to lower floor cieling. Couldn t get the tv to work. Very dissapointed. How can they function??

The property is very run down. Cracks in the shower shell around the bathtub. The lock on the door just twisted around in a circle. No lock. Told the 3 people at the desk and said they would have to check it out. I told them there is no checking it is broke! There weren't lightbulbs in all the lamps and lamps didn't work when they haf lightnulbs. Very dim. Sheets were dirty and stained. 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel for 2 people! This place has really fallen apart. Will never stay again!!

General run of the mill. Didn't expect anything fancy and was so true. But at least we had a place to sleep for the night. State Fair going on. If I had done a little research I would have known that. I would love to have attended a. My biggest complaint is you can see through the towels provided.
