Fraud. Reservations at this motel chain are a total fraud.

Nothing. The entire experience at both locations was a nightmare. Morris, IL requested lower room due to handicap. No lower room upon arrival. Toilet not working, a/c cover felt off in the middle of the night. I fell off the office chair, two guests helped me get up. I felt off the stairs due to lose handrail. Two guests helped me and I got downstairs using my butt. No one call to say there were no rooms available. Blamed Booking.com. Same exact thing at Grand Island NE. No lower rooms available upon arrival, no one called to notify me. Also blamed Booking.com. Decided to look for a better option. The front desk attendant was very sarcastic and mocking me the entire time. Very condescending.

The older lady upon arrival was extremely rude and disrespectful. I am disabled and asked for a chair. She ignored me a few times and refused the chair. A child over heard her and he brought me his little chair, but he is like 6-7 there's no way I could use his chair. Finally. A young girl brought out an office chair and I used it, but the old woman refused to take of my reservation.

Was glad I didn’t see bed bugs or cockroaches mentioned in comments on the website.

The refrigerator worked great.

Curtains covered the air conditioner. Bathroom was small. Room looked dated.

Disappointing

Not able to get my refund. From staying just one night and spending. The next 2days with my family with them in there homes I was told I had to stay there

Marginal property. Poor management. Complete lack of safety protocols.

Nothing really

Blatant fire safety violations. Actually made me uncomfortable to stay there. Very disappointing breakfast options. No one around to monitor the breakfast offerings.

Would have liked at least toast in the morning or some Orange juice or a roller donut

At 5:30 in the morning there was no breakfast no rules not bread anything the only thing they had made was coffee

Interesting and full of potential once work is done

Super friendly people running it and checking people in. They tried to accommodate and make things better when I told them of issues. There is a lake behind the property, but it was full of debris and construction trash was left all around the building.

No hot water to the shower. Dirty toilet when I checked in and missing peices to light fixture. The hotel has gone under a lot of renovation, so I am sure it was a "growing pains" situation. However, they need to be more thorough before opening rooms up to guests.

We planned to stay two nights but couldn't do it so we left. Simply, this place sucked.

Check in was ok. Competent front desk clerk.

hole punched in shower wall. The shower head hung free-had to shower with hand held. Air conditioner was extremely loud. Bed was literally on the floor. light bulbs missing in lamps. The television mounting on the desk was loose-screen was at an angle had to prop it up to level it. The TV guide gave channel numbers like a cable system but the TV numbers were for over-the-air. The day clerk spoke no English.

The ceiling was falling in all over the place!! There were pieces in our bathtub even!!! We checked right out!! Would not recommend!!!

Unsatisfactory in my stay, was not kept up very well and did not feel safe.

Was easy to find and stayed there before.

I didn’t feel safe and was treated rudely by the staff.

I didn't stay, smoke alarm was busted, front desk & Booking.com refused to refund my money.

The location and price were fair. But I didn't end up staying and didn't get my money back.

The broken and taped up smoke/fire alarm. It was also beeping as though it needed a new battery. The front desk offered to replace the battery but the alarm itself appeared broken.

Low water pressure,toilet non-functional and no room phone.

The bed was awesome! Or..I was really tired.

The toilet did not flush. The building is starting to show it's age. Older carpet, bathtub and bathroom worn,low..low water pressure. Room phone did not work. I had to walk down to the front desk to let them know about the above issues. Breakfast is VERY continental.

A Good Night's rest

Bed was comfortable and was at a great price. The Location was easy to find. Food and Drink was close.

No Coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was put out late then time gave when we checked in. The Breakfast, no toast or Bagels or muffins and no hard boiled eggs like they show on the website when you book your room. Very disappointed. If you are looking for a place for Breakfast go to Tommy's down the road. The Breakfast there is Awesome.
