Exceptional

such a nice hotel. my favorite parts were. the outdoor bbq. we used it. the front desk had all the utensils and spices. The indoor pool and hot tub.

Wish it was a bit cleaner, but overall a good stay and will stay again.

We’ve stayed here multiple times, we are local, but it’s fun to get away sometimes for a night and swim. The kids love it. We were disappointed the hot tub was broken, but we understand it happens. Staff was excellent, as always. The pool was actually nice and warm this time! The beds aren’t tiny and are actually comfy! We will continue to stay here.

Immediately upon entering the room, I found that there were long dark hairs in both of the beds, on the pillows and in the linens. The top edge of the tile (it’s the small border of tile that is on the bathroom wall that meets the floor, in place of baseboards) was thick with dirt, hair and dust.

All the clean and comfy doesn't do any good if the ceilings aren't insulated for sound.

the promise of Marriott quality & hospitality

We could hear steps, running, (why do parents let their kids just run up & down the hall first thing in the morning???) and banging from upstairs! Darkness curtains don't do any good if the sun comes in the 2" above the heating & a/c as well as the sides of the curtains. We really really needed undisturbed rest after a long drive.

The room smelled like mold, there were dirty socks on the floor, the bathroom had mold and dirt in the sink. Except for clean towels and bedding the room did not appear to have been cleaned. the coffee pot was was exceptionally dirty.

I was disappointed with a 280.00 suite

I. the morning the front desk person was very helpful.

We had a 2 bedroom suite and the bathroom floor was sticky. I called the front desk at 10:30 pm and the hotel was full. I was told to lit towels on the floor😳In the morning, I was told that a cleaning solvent was left on the floor and i would get points added to my Bonvoy account., this has not been done.

Location, quiet, clean, good value.

Fire alarm problems at 11:30 at night. Known problem. Front desk left guests hanging out in parking lot without giving info as to what was going on.

Easily Accessible Pet-friendly Accommodation in Elko

The breakfast was fine; they provided a variety of options including oatmeal, waffles, juice, and yogurt. The front desk staff were very attentive and quickly addressed an issue that I had with a non-compliant guest. The location just off the highway is great. They provided a quiet room as requested.

The pet area had a lot of dog feces as it appeared other guests don't pick up after their dog despite bags being provided and a sign requesting owners to pick up after their dogs.

Pool was actually warm, bathroom was clean with no visible mold (surprisingly, because I see this a LOT in hotels everywhere).

Hot tub was foamy and a little dirty but not terrible, bedding for the pull out sofa wasn’t clean,

Passable

Lisa greeted us and she was really nice. We liked the hot tub and pool, and the breakfast was good.

I'm sad to say the room was dirty, and the room was also small. The toilet sprays out of the bowl when you flush, I'm sure it's been doing it awhile since the paint is warn off the side if the sink cabinet where it gets wet.

Liked the comfortable room,bed,breakfast, and helpful friendly staff easy acess.

I Wish peoples pets were only allowed on certain floors, and I could have a room where no pets had been. Pets inside are not good for us allergy sufferers.

Good.

We like the room that feels like a tiny apartment. Like the view out the back overlooking a hill. Nice to not hear too much traffic considering we are very close to the freeway.

The hot tub isn't working. Not sure if I would have used it, but I might have. The price is a bit high considering other local options.
