Location, cleanliness and parking
The staff aren't trained well in ADA and the morning desk lady wasn't very accommodating when I had some health issues that delayed my departure an hour. The beds are old and small. I paid extra to booking for a king bed and ended up on a twin or queen. It was very small.

Staff members were all very friendly and accommodating. Great location to everything we needed to go to in Dillon.
Surprised there was NO elevator for a 3-story facility. That could be a big deterrent for senior citizens from using the hotel. Hot water in the shower kept going in and out - had to turn the faucet on/off to get it hot.
