Breakfast was standard for hotels like this, but the staff was better than most. The staff made sure every item was stocked and the serving areas are kept clean, including the waffle makers which tend to get messy fast. The front desk staff when above & beyond, and the housekeeping staff was friendly and efficient.
The only thing that could be better is to add more luggage carts, there was only one.

We liked that it was close to the freeway. Conveniently located with short drive to major facilities.
The room was not very clean. Found pet hair more than a few times. No room service provided. Ran out of toiletries. Uncomfortable/ old pillows.
