The location is excellent. The front desk gentleman is very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The room is spacious and clean, as well as the bathroom. Nice add on to have a refrigerator, coffee machine and microwave.

ok My friend and I got there on Thursday. We dropped our stuff off at the room then went to where we needed to go. When we got back to the room that night, we got ready to go to bed and my friend pulled the sheets back on her bed to find some kind of smear stain on the sheet, so she slept on top of the sheets, and we told the front desk on our way out. The staff came in and changed the sheets and gave us fresh towels (2 women with long hair and they gave us 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 1 wash cloth). Our floors and trash were not touched. On my way-out Saturday morning I told the front desk Thank you for changing the sheets and thanks for the clean towels but that the trash was still in the room and the floors were still dirty. When my friend left, she said the maid gave her the stink eye, but she didn't know that I had said something at the front desk until later. When I came back in on Sunday night, I told the front desk that the trash was still in my room when I left that morning and the floor still had stuff on them. I did receive texts on Friday and Saturday saying that the hotel would not have any water during the hours of 11am and 5 pm due to them working on the water lines. So I didn't expect my sinks or tub to be cleaned (which they were not), but the floors are vinyl and a broom would have solved the issue. After Friday Nothing was done in our room.
