The property was very good and clean, staff very polite and accommodating, did expect it to be this accompanying or clean from previous stays at other red roof inns
No breakfast snacks, but very fresh coffee a iron was not in the room

Tv constantly failed, had to leave on
Telephone in room didn't work
Most of the staff didn't seem to really care, the front desk was unmanned most of the time. One staff member was very polite the others were not.
