I had just had a tooth pulled at the Hospital Dentistry. My mouth was still numb and the supper menu included chicken noodle soup, which was the only thing I could eat. We were able to park close to the front door and our room was only a few steps away. Breakfast had scrambled eggs which are nice and soft for my sore mouth. The room was very nice.
Instructions for the TV would be nice.

Location was near where we needed to be. Good value. Breakfast was decent.
Room cards had to be re-keyed multiple times. This usually meant we'd go to the room and discover the key didn't work, then we'd have to go back to the lobby. Staff said not to put the key by my phone, which I never did - but it kept happening anyway. Housekeeping never made the bed, even though they entered the room each day. A lot of little things were irritating, like when the water carafe in the lobby was empty, and I asked if I could get some water, I was told I could buy a bottle, they weren't going to refill the carafe. When I checked in, I was told my credit card had "insufficient funds" and I'd need to provide a different card, even though I'd prepaid and had a receipt. I ended up having to also show that the transaction had gone through and been paid 3 days earlier. Then the desk staff said, Oh, yeah, I see that it was paid already. Overall, it is a budget hotel and felt like it.
