Wasn't too far from the concert venue.
Dirty floor. Located in rough area of town. Very basic.

The hotel staff were friendly.
The room smelt like stale cigarettes and mildew. There were ants and flies in the room. The neighborhood it’s in is sketch with a bunch of homeless people hanging about right outside the hotel parking lot. You know it’s not the safest place when they keep the lobby door locked at all times and you have to ring a bell to get in.
