Super 8 by Wyndham Norwich

The location was good for where we were going. The staff were amazing. We needed to do washing and they were super helpful and ready to assist. There was plenty of parking.

It was 3 stories and no elevators. We had huge bags and no rooms wee available on the ground. The staff generously helped carry our bags to the 3rd floor. But the lack of elevator was annoying. I have some injuries but not enough to warrant putting in a request for a disabled room, so the up and down the stairs often was painful. They had "breakfast" which was some pastry thing in plastic and a yogurt. There was only a handful put out so there really is no breakfast.

Initially unfamiliar with the local town.

Location was good for us. The lobby smelled fantastic. They cleaned the room even though we had a late start getting out of the room, it was nice to come back to a clean room.

The room had a smell of dirty feet and perfume. Wished the room smelled like the Lobby

The electric went out during our stay because of a storm that went through i ask the attendant at the front desk what we were supposed to do she replied( i don't know !!!! ) she gave no explanation of the protocol. I understand that electric going out was out of there control but could have been a little nicer about it half of the emergency light did not work we were lucky it wasn't all the way dark so we could see to get to our rooms we were still able to get into our rooms and luckily I had a flash light in my car to use the electric came back on after about 30 minutes
