I had driven up from Palm Springs to visit mother in Washington. The room was very uncomfortable, an

I was in handicap room the shower curtain fell, and someone playing guitar in room next to me the desk they call and they did stop however, the bed was very uncomfortable and there was no chair in the room at all. I was told I get a parking placard, which never came For $81 I could have stayed somewhere else and had a much better stay in the room was very generic and cold

The room could’ve had a chair and the shower curtain could have been installed more properly

Person at the front desk when I checked in was extremely rude. Snatched the pen out my hand, made it really awkward to check in. Twice during the middle of the night 230ish and around 5am got woken up by loud Spanish people knocking on our door. I wouldn't stay here again, no matter the value. Other facilities nearby with similar prices and better service.

Staff is amazing. Location is even better. You get what you pay for so no Bitchin at the workers. 😉

Bathrooms are super tiny in the water pressure is horrible. Leaves you with soapy film.

I know other people clients would like more personal amenities and cleaner grounds

Room clean bed clean, no shampoo, no conditioner for hair, no microwave ,no coffee in room no mini fridge, air conditioner was filthy, need new clean mats before entering room, cement grounds very dirty with gum and need pressure washing, more amenities would attract better clientele. A homeless man in a garbage bag came through living areas talking nonsense, overall it was ok.

Amenities like most other hotels. More wash cloths 2 for each guest

Not the best 6 motel ...might only stay due good location.

No breakfast offered.Coffee only

Cold water 💧 took too long to heat up. Tv doesn't work well. Poor channel selections. Noisy fan in bathroom. No Aaron discount offered if you book on line.noisy ouside..needs security guard. 100 dollar deposit not mentioned. Later refunded.Not the best 6 motel

When I came to check in she said she cancelled my booking and they will refund

I made reservation from March 1 to March 3, when I came to checkin front desk lady said they cancelled my reservation as they don't have available rooms. I asked about my payment, she said they will refund it, but they didn't refund it.

For the price it met minimum expectations

It was $75 with tax for the night and the sheets and towels were clean.

No fridge or micro, door didn't shut all the way, TV had a bunch of weird lights in the screen.

Found cockroaches in my room was supposed to get a refund left a deposit for a new room never received it rooms were full when I returned later. Never received my deposit back and I've called multiple times about my refund status but keep getting ignored

Management of thieves!

Nice clean place - nothing unusual nor unexpected. Just Motel 6 as it's has been everywhere. Clean room. Decent shower. Comfy bed. That's something that is always there, and I like it.

I was charged $100 deposit in cash up in front before checking in. And it had to be CASH ONLY DEPOSIT! Booking.com said absolutely nothing about that cash requirements - I felt cheated! Than it took me 2 days to get my deposit back. Nice strategy, guys! Expecting clients not to return for the deposit - after 2 days deposit is NON-refundable. I felt like I was cheated second time.

I would not recommend this property to anyone.

the staff were helpful.

This property is mostly used as a residential for a lot of the Washington Natives. it was extremely loud and busy all through out the night. we could smell meth being cooked or burnt coming through our bathroom vent. this experience was extremely traumatic because of these activities. people begging for rides and money. broken glass in parking lot, etc.
