close to Slippery Rock. Pool and Jacuzzi! Excellent free breakfast in the am.

My husband and I had a great stay. Staff were very friendly and the hotel and room were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great, fruit-infused water was available all day and night, and there were coffee/hot water/hot chocolate carafes available as well. Only fifteen minutes from the Grove City Outlets and an hour from Pittsburgh. I’m a cute college town with lots of restaurant options.

The pool was quite cold so I couldn’t enjoy it and the hot tub was more warm than hot. The plants in the pool area were dying and super dry. I watered them myself during my last night at the hotel because I felt bad for them. Please give them some love!

Friendly staff, very clean and up to date. Good breakfast and liked easy access to coffee bar.

Entering the property is a bit out of the way but worth finding.

prior to this experience I have always enjoyed staying at Fairfield Inn properties

the front desk staff was extremely rude and chose to not abide by State and Federal ADA Laws. when I contacted the property after our stay to question additional charges added to my card the front desk clerk verbally attacked me regarding my Service Animal. she was rude and disrespectful stating that “dogs” weren’t allowed and because of the breed it wasn’t a service animal. I asked for the manager to no avail. I have never been treated so rudely before by any hotel. unfortunately because additional charges were placed on my credit card I have no choice but to get my attorney involved along with PHRC. I tried to give the hotel every opportunity to resolve this but the clerk continued to verbally attack me and my service animal ( we are both protected under the Americans With Disabilities Act) At no time did ANYONE from the hotel ever ask anything about my service animal. They instead just chose to add a $250 cleaning fee to my bill and then email me the bill after checking out. This is absolutely unconscionable. This property should be ashamed

I liked the cleanliness of the room!

The room was wrongfully advertised. I thought I was getting a room with a living room and a small kitchenette.
