Location right in the heart of the Manhattan night life, ready access to the subway. Room was comfortable, air con was very welcome. Staff deserve special mention, always very willing and able to help, always polite. Towels changed every day!
Apartment was a little small for five people, but hey, that's Manhattan.

The location is the best thing about the property but I would say that is the most important thing when in NY as you don’t spend that much time in your accommodation anyway, as there’s so much to do.
Could have done with a dishwasher and a new bed settee current one is a little tired.

Extremely great location, clean, professional, friendly staff.
Pricing was a little more expensive than expected for the value. Noise was an issue at night because of time square location despite me closing the window to the best of my ability, because the AC is a window unit and cannot close fully.
