It was clean, decor updated and appealing, staff was friendly and attentive, bed was very comfortable.
One light in the bathroom wasn’t working, but the other was. We were four staying in our room and there were only three bath towels. These were very small things and quite nitpicky, not a big deal at all.

Good service, good complementary breakfast, friendly staff
Got a room with a window that was right in front of a light, curtains didn’t block the light enough it was tough to sleep. Did not get the room I booked.

Breakfast was good
Very noisy hockey fans up all night, the girl at the front desk dud but know how to take cash. When I was paying with cash. I had to wait up for a manager who did not show up when they were supposed to. Had to go back in the morning to pay. All the soap, shampoo, conditioner in showers were all empty.
