No return to this hotel

Convenient location close to a highway.

It’s too expensive and did not come with breakfast. It’s dirty, expensive and stinky. The room we stayed wasn’t well-kept and the fridge’s door did not close properly.

Enjoyed the location. We were very tired from traveling and requested a quiet room and we were pleased.

Room was very clean and very comfortable with beautiful art.

Very clean, and I would stay their again even with the complaints I had.

The place was very clean.

I'm not sure if they had breakfast, I was not informed on check-in. Also, the pool was closed for "inspection" until the last day. When we checked in, our hotel was like a sauna with no air on. It took forever to get the room up to a comfortable temp. And that was only after we discovered the curtains covered up the vents. The beds were comfortable but were made for someone taller than me. I practically needed stairs.

Great place to stay

Clean, large TV, comfortable bed, well decorated, attractive room.

Breakfast wasn't much, I prefer hotels with interior doors, either the code I was given for the Internet didn't work or the Internet was down when I tried to use it in the middle of the night.

Staff was lovely. Comfortable.

The ac made so much noise all through the night and didn’t feel very cool. The whole time sounded like something caught in the vent with a repeating noise making it impossible to sleep.

I like the fact I was able to book one night through booking.

I did not like that my special needs niece had an accident, I let the staff know I was charged 20 for this incident on one sheet & a pillow case then I charge another hundred dollars on my card. That was not professional or customer service friendly, I have called this facility only to be lied to about the reversal of charges. We were also put in a smoking room, but the kids were tired & so was I. We literally stayed one night & charged more than our whole trip combined 😒

Overall it was a good stay! No major complaints.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly. The area was quiet. The room was nice! Stocked with fridge, microwave and and a big TV.

They only left one set of towels when our stay was reserved for two and the shower curtain was broken at the top.

Not my mama's Days Inn

Staff was nice. There were beds. Close proximity to food.

On booking.com, the hotel is listed as pet friendly. When we arrived, we were told only dog friendly. Then, we were made to feel like they were doing us a favor by allowing our cat. There were bottles of something under the A/C and a huge mess of something being hidden by the armchair. The bathroom was absolutely filthy.

I don’t intend to stay there on my return trips to the area.

I didn’t like the fact that on my second night I had no water in the shower/tub. I had to settle for as sponge bath out of the sink.
