Location was perfect - room was clean, staff was friendly and professional
Windows were very dirty and the exterior was not clean. Broken concrete and landscaping NOT clean and tidy.

The bathroom was nice. Also updated from old Motel 6 decor. But still small for 4 adults.
Person in next room was smoking even though 'no smoking' is the rule. The smell was coming through the old adjoining room door. It was nauseating.
