The queen of the front desk made this trip the best

The location of this hotel is convenient and I really enjoyed the staff that worked here including the front desk queen bee

I thought it was a bit high of a price point compared to what they were offering but that's beyond my control $130 a night for a room that's really not that special is a bit frustrating when I could rent a room with a spa tub in Portland that's updated and renovated for $98 a night

I enjoy the "home" feeling of a motel. And the 2 ladies that run that motel are so kind and helpful. Love the hotel.

Disappointing

it was close to where we needed to be

The towels and bedsheet were stained. It was the worst hotel bed we’ve ever slept in. The mattress was not soft at all. It felt like sleeping on a box spring. A mattress topper would have been nice. There was no blanket. The bed was made up of a bed-liner, a sheet, and a super thin bed cover that was itchy and scratchy and too gross to leave on the bed to use as a blanket. It’s only purpose seemed to be to make the bed look nice. Thankfully my wife had brought a blanket with her. Lastly there were only two sad limp pillows. One for each of us. Zero support.

All-in-all, for the price, this hotel was cleaner and better managed than any comparable hotel .

Ruby accommodated all me needs since I was riding a bicycle .

The room was clean, but I did find a little bit of candy rapper and on the floor next to the bed.

Front desk lady was wonderful .She made coffee for me at 6.00am without me having to wait till 6.30 .She was friendly and nice .The place itself is very run down .In need of a lot of work .Faucet broken in shower .Very shabby furniture etc.Clean enough but obvious owners don't care .

It was absolutely perfect. Nothing else was needed for the perfect weekend in Longview.

Your staff went out of their way to accomodate my needs as a disabled person with one on one attention to my needs including turning on the heat in my room so it was comfortable when I arrived. She also helped with directions to the event I was attending.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect.

The room was freezing cold the heater didn't work there was no remote. The TV wasn't connecting to anything. I got questioned about my towels

The staff appear to be doing their best with what they have to work with.

Staff was great, friendly, helpful. Being able to park directly outside of my room was also a bonus. The room was clean (for the most part, chairs were another story).

It had a cabinet for a fridge, no fridge. No means of having a cup of coffee in the room in the morning. Smoke detector cover was laying on the fridge cabinet, no battery in the smoke detector. The toilet was not solidly mounted down to the floor. There was no service to the room during the day (no fresh towels, no trash emptied). The hot water had to be ran for a few minutes (no exaggeration) to get warm enough to shower. The shower curtain did not lay inside of the shower stall, so water puddled on the floor. One of the two towels had to be used as a bath mat to have a dry place to step after the shower. I had to hang my towel to dry so I could have a dry towel for the next shower. The plug for the sink is not hooked up to the throw, you had to reach up under and manually open the drain after washing your face. The fabric on the chairs are in serious need of a shampoo/steam clean. There were NO hangers on the coat rack. There was no Bible in the bed side table. Not even a clock on the bed side table. Not even a Kleenex box, go grab toilet paper to blow your nose. I did not appreciate a phone call at 1035am to remind me it was nearing check-out time. I was well aware of the time since I have a watch to check the time. I was long gone by the 1100am check-out time.

Pleasant

Staff came immediately when I reported no towels. The AC unit worked. The fan drowned out any noise, and I slept an unusual 8 hours. I was very happy about that.

Because there were no towels and no kleenexes in the empty space, I had to wonders if the sheets had been changed….
