The location was fine. It was a short drive to the beach and was far enough away from the noisy crowds. The motel itself is very quaint. I liked the little touches they decorated with around the place. My husband really loved the jacuzzi in our room.
They have a little bar area that was really cute but it's only "open" during an event. That should be something offered daily. It was a little hard to find the staff after we checked in. The TV remote in our room didn't always work.

Quant cottage
Old moquette not in line with the room decoration. From the pictures I thought there was a bigger garden.

the inn keeper was lovely and the breakfast she prepared was delicious.
1.) we were informed at 4PM the day of our arrival that there was an event at the house. this meant when we arrived we had to stay in our small room or pay to be “at the party”. The room was small with one small chair and the bed squeezed loudly anytime you moved.
2.) the event was a “medium” this contradicted our belief and created anxiety. if we had been informed sooner we could have and would have made other arrangements
