The atmosphere is quiet. The beds are decent
Carpet has lots of stains. The entry doors have gaps and looks like they have been kicked in. Needs new shower heads

The rooms were nice. They were spacious and the area was quiet.
The entrance could use some work. Trust your maps- you more than likely are going the right way to get to the property. Also, the door lock- the additional safety chain/bar lock was broken off completely.

relatively quiet for long-term tenant place
right off the highway
anti-coffee bias: no coffee maker in room, none at the breakfast (that was carbs and breakfast-sausage fat)
the shampoo and body soap dispensers were seemingly full yet nothing could be extracted from them
place very, very run down ... credit given for four walls and a roof
