A K at the front desk was excellent about everything!

It was noisy all of the time.

The property is great for the location

The parking lot was trashy, unkept But i didn’t sleep there so it is what it is

Staff was excellent

It’s Rochester and it’s the outskirts so it’s what i expected

The location isn't the best. The facilities have seen better days. The towels are thin and cheap, as is the bedding. The mattress is sub-par. The window had a crack and a hole in it. However, it was clean and the staff was very attentive and kind. I had to book at the last minute the day of because my VRBO cancelled due to flooding in the unit. So I paid a high price for the room and it wasn't the quality I would have liked. But I was in town for my son's college graduation so I had limited choices. The worst part was that someone set off the fire alarm with a smoking waffle iron, before 6am and it lasted a good 10 minutes. The staff really was polite and welcoming.

I didn't feel safe in the area. I paid more than what it was worth for 2 nights.
