Convenient to RIT parents weekend

While the bed and bedding were comfortable. They had this old worn loveseat w bleach type stains on it ? On top of that the small refrigerator while clean on inside the outside was all marked up like it was used in a frat house. The room would have a nicer appeal if the hotel management just removed the loveseat and refrigerator. Let alone replaced them.

Friendly front desk worker. Provided requested items timely.

Too strong cleaning or air freshening products used in the room. Need to make sure that soaps, towels, toilet paper are restocked regularly. Dirty pillow.

The location isn't the best. The facilities have seen better days. The towels are thin and cheap, as is the bedding. The mattress is sub-par. The window had a crack and a hole in it. However, it was clean and the staff was very attentive and kind. I had to book at the last minute the day of because my VRBO cancelled due to flooding in the unit. So I paid a high price for the room and it wasn't the quality I would have liked. But I was in town for my son's college graduation so I had limited choices. The worst part was that someone set off the fire alarm with a smoking waffle iron, before 6am and it lasted a good 10 minutes. The staff really was polite and welcoming.

I didn't feel safe in the area. I paid more than what it was worth for 2 nights.
