It was horrible,I would never come back or recommend for anybody else.

It was dirty,had roaches,towels was dirty,microwave was dirty didn’t have the right size glass inside and it was dead little roaches on the bed.

Customer service training would be a plus for the rude lady at the desk that didn’t want to be there

I didn’t get to stay . You need some customer service lessons

We went to check in and the lady at the desk Keisha has a massive nasty attitude and would not allow my son to check in. It was 2am and he had to leave to come all the way home to york pa after being up all day. The notes had his name on it and she said she didn’t see anything

A nice relaxation comfort safe zone!!

The staff is very professional and super friendly. This is my second time booking with Travelodge and with using Booking.com. I would definitely be using both on my next business trip soon.

I liked everything during my stay and even how quick it took during the check-in & the staff is amazing.

horrible experience!!!!

I did like the double beds .

The woman at the front desk was being very disrespectful to me. I told her that my child was in the car with me and she chose to tell me that I had to wait till 5:30 in the morning when I had no problem and checking out at 11 I came in at about 1 AM and I have done this before and I just checked out at 11 a few hours later she refused to let me check in at the time that I came in. I have done it plenty of times before I told her that I had my child with me and she had school so and I really wanted to just make sure that she got in to get at least a few hours of sleep in. she could see you being smart to me and making me wait all the way up until 530 in the morning. I set out in the parking lot waiting until 530 in the morning with my child in the car. I finally came back in at 5:30 in the morning and I walked into her being sleep while on the job I took a picture of her and then I tapped on the window and asked her for her assistances. Here’s why she made me wait until she got done counting all the money and she took an additional 30 minutes doing that singing while on the job and just overall being really rude and unsympathetic.

Location was terrible.... that place was falling apart.... nothing clean about this place I slept in my clothes... to pay that kind of money for that quality is horrible. And the smell is insane!!

I would never recommend this place to no one

The location to wards the event, the night staff Friday and Sunday morning was very nice and respectful,

The room was dirty, there was peroid blood on the sheet,the garage bin was dirty, there was mo towels in the room ,the he/she that work Saturday night was very disrespectful and rude

nothing ! a SLUM LODGE THAT STEALS YOUR PROPERTY ( all Spanish cleaners, watch them)

Called to extend my stay! Didn’t make it in time to pay. Instead of packing my belongings. The housekeeper distributed my stuff to her compadres…. AS I PAID AND WENT TO THE ROOM, SHE WAS CLEANING it OUT.. “ where is my stuff” ////// she replied IDK in a Spanish accent///// HOW DONT U KNOW WHEN YOUR CLEANING OUT THE ROOM?//// upset is a understatement! my money I had stashed under the phone, my clothes and watch!!! Would u believe I was ARRESTED? A BLACK MAN n a white man county ESSINGTON. MY STUFF STOLEN and YES I SNAPPED and wanted thE WHITE lady at the frontaria make it right and REPRIMAND HER EMPLOYEES AND REPLACE MY ITEMS.

Horrible horrible horrible! No clean wash clothes or towels in the room. No tissue paper! I question security of room due to the state of the door. Ants in the unit. I guess you get what you pay for.

It was really NOT worth the $86 per night paid

The frontdesk staff was friendly

With a name like Wyndham, i was expecting at least a decent accommodation, but this place seemed like a $30 per night dump. While the room was a non-smoking unit, the room had an unclean odor that triggered my allergies. The airflow from the air-conditioning unit could not be adjusted, so it kept blowing cold air DIRECTLY on the bed we were sleeping on. The bedsheet had a stain on it - reddish brown. The floor was uneven and damaged tiles - indicating there was water damage. The shower head kept slipping on the handle bar. The towel holder bar fell off its side supports.

The floors are dirty, they don't mop, if there is two people they expect you to use one towel for two people and if you ask for another towel they tell you no, half the time their tv doesn't work, and the prices went up for a room it is not worth it, some rooms have broken doors, I had somebody that works there come in my room one night and tell me it was her room and asked me where her stuff was, I reported it but they did nothing about it.

Would not recommend to anyone.

Did not eat there.

The hotel does not look like anything showed online. The place was run down. The room smells, light fixtures hanging off the wall. The sheets had stains all over. Outside the rooms trash all over ground and shady people hanging out in the parking lot watching every move you make.
