Great location. All the staff were very nice and helpful. Easy to find. Near food.
Hallways needed some vacuuming. A bit short on bath towels. Only one in the room. But, we got an extra towel from the hospitality folks.

It was refreshing to find affordable lodging in Portland; though amenities were few, the room was clean, quiet, had the best shower ever, staff worked hard to address our needs.
Check-in process was slow and messy tho staff worked with us as best they could. Little things you usually expect in a room, tissues, personal care items, a chair, soft lighting were absent. No coffee machine (morning coffee in the lobby).
