Very accommodating & helpful staff
Only one way to access the room - longer walk to haul in "stuff" for potential of repeated trips to vehicle that might be farther away for mobility challenged guests; but from a security standpoint, that was okay with me.
Staff parked in handicap space moved their vehicle so we were able to park close by. But if we "assumed" that it was a guest vehicle, that would have been a longer walk with heavy items being carried into the hotel room. So the staff parking in the handicap spot (it was late, only saw 2 that were being used) so it possibly helped us out or maybe not, it's an unknown variable at that point.

I did not like the location. I will not book with them again there were people hanging out outside lotta noise in the room across the hall for me there no ashtrays in a smoking room that we asked for.
They had no cups in the rooms no coffee maker. They had two sets of towels and we booked for three people. The room could have been a little more cleaner.
