would have been nice to know hotel was under remodeling. before booking

we did not purchase the breakfast. lobby and bfst area were under construction .

carpet in room needed replaced. tub water spout did not work correctly, no pressure for a decent shower. towel bar coming off the wall, they said this was a remodeled room. no light bulb in two of the lights. the maid knocked on our door three times before check out time.

General manager went out of his way to get a lost earring out of drain. Very accommodating. Will stay again

Milk in cooler was sour. Told gal at desk and she acted put out. It was partially replaced.

Front desk lady was pleasant.

Heat didn't work in my room. Froze all night because I got in late, turned it on and went to sleep, thinking it would warm up🥶 Additionally, the bath tub didn't drain.

A little dissapointed

The staff was super friendly and nice. Very helpful and polite

The booking online did not natch the one the hotel had ... The hotel was is serious disrepair. There was a hole in the ceiling in the lobby, also the panels in the elevator were commong off .

the girls working there were very nice and helpful.

all the dog poop all over all grassy areas people with pets need to be more responsible pet owners and clean up after your pets!!!!!

Other then that it was great

Breakfast was good, front desk people were awesome, greeted me every time i walked kn and helpful with questions.

The heater/ac unit would not stay on even with it in low or high mode, noisy when it would do that

The TV didn't work and no one wanted yo look at it. All he would do is change our room after we unpacked

Would NOT stay here again. Didn't even look at breakfast!

The noise inside (small kids running up and down hallway, screaming!). Noise outside was the drunk men, and the train.

One queen bed was very noisy!
