Poor

We were allowed to book on booking.com even though they had no hot water and had not had hot water for awhile and was without until further notice but didn't bother to take there hotel off to keep people from driving for hours only to get there and have to find another place to stay they should respect their customers more than that.

Not very good besides the comfortable bed an the guy working the desk was nice

The bed was comfortable

No hot water period homeless meth heads walking around day an night an sleeping around the property and the next morning after waking up an walking outside a person or animal took a huge dump outside our door on the balcony

Never again

I was pretty much told to expect area theft and damage told no tv or wifi from check-in . I drove around parking lot twice and left, never even looked at the room no refund I guess , so never again will I prepay

Dreadful Place. Run down, lights burned out… get ready in the dark. Smells of cigarette smoke.

Honestly there was nothing likeable.

1. I connected to the WiFi and got a screen that said the service has been disconnected. 2. The lights over the bathroom sink were burned out as was one of the two wall mounted lights so I got ready in the dark. 3. I guess this is to be expected at a low priced hotel, but there were people smoking right outside my 2nd floor room and the smoke came in through the wall mounted AC unit. I went to sleeping and woke up to the smell of cigarette smoke. 4. The room was the most run Down I’ve ever experienced. No more Hotel 6 for me. Ever

Ugh, we cancelled our 2nd night. No thanks .

Convenient location, staff was very nice and was able to give us our room key just before midnight.

There were pre-existing stains on the sheets, floors, and dried brown runny stains on the bathroom door. The heat eventually DID heat up the room, but we didn't prefer the old time ceiling radiating heat which don't blow or work quickly. Lastly, I think, although we were encouraged (at the beginning) to share any discontent may have had with our room, they let us know that there was no other room option to transfer us to (the sharing of discontent wouldn't simply been simply for their note-taking). After being tired from our 2.5-3 hour drive their, we figured it was no use complaining about something they weren't even able to make right.

bedsheets had dog paw prints and dog hair on them. switched rooms to what was supposed to be non-smoking but was a smoking room with another set of dirty looking bedding (marker and dirt/mud)

horrible bad I DID NOT STAY!!

didn’t like anything about it!! very bad location dangerous area, pulling in and they had homeless people sleeping out front, bugs crawling around in curtains, dead bugs on the floor. I was scared to even be there. I didn’t stay I left and found another place to stay at

everything!!! dirty room, bugs in room smelled bad, very bad area and they couldn’t even give good directions . I had to hurry up and get out of there I forgot to take pictures

Ridiculous!!

Everything. Dirty, broken, run down. The people staying at the hotel and around the area were very loud, disruptive. Fighting, slamming doors as well as threats for police multiple times during the night. Our room was FILTHY. Tv was on and no remote to change it. There were holes in the walls, stains on the sheets, curtains covered in sauce or blood. The tub was broken. No lamp shade. It was like something out of a horror movie. We ended up having to leave at 2am due to the uncomfortable bed, dirty room, a ROACH on our walls plus the people in and around the building. Better off sleeping in our vehicle at that point. Then they refused to refund us. Ridiculous!

Overpriced. I’ve stayed in cleaner fishing cabins.

Our vehicle was not violated. The front desk was very nice.

Cleaning the room- pubic hair on the shower wall, a stain on the bed from a drink mug, dirty bathroom door. All the towels had dark stains. Bed was uncomfortable and had a permanent slope imprinted on it, causing me to tilt or slide off the bed while I slept.

Bad idea

The front desk worker was quiet but nice.

Remote didn't work for TV. Samsung TV and LG remote. NO HOT WATER Phone did not work Beds were very old and VERY used. Big dips in both sides. Smoke detector was covered with plastic bag.

they gave me a room far from the office and next door the window was broken and I was scared and just run to another hotel. but the lady that was in the office she was exceptional so nice I asked her if they have a soda mashine because I needed some water for my babie bottles and she offered me water that she had for her I really loved the costume service is just the property it was a little scary

Nice for the price

The room was clean and very spacious. Parking was right outside our door. They actually had a full legit handicapped room.

Area was a little sketchy but securiry was good. Parking lot needs some work.

I will never stay at motel 6 anywhere ever again.

The hot water went out on the first night so I couldn't take a shower the entire time I was there. I asked for reimbursement but all they gave me was one hour so instead of checking out at 11 a.m. I checked out at noon. I'm very unhappy with motel 6

OH WHAT A NIGHT...

I liked that Motel 6 gave my payment back too me at nearly two o'clock in the morning.

All the noise from people that are actually living in this motel and their dogs barking and growling. I heard no noise from real customers. I understand it was New Years Eve but it's still very rude to talk loudly next to our window, bang against the door as people are walking and running past, and play with a dog to the point of loud growling. Then hearing a loud young man explaining about someone on drugs in another room. He could have went inside the room to talk but he chose to let everyone sleeping know as well, us included! All of this plus the fireworks was making our rescue dog anxious and scared due to being shot and left for dead on the side of a road in Texas. His name is Coby and has been on channel 5 news and the internet. If you want quality pay you need quality rooms. If you want people to stay at your hotel you can't have low income drug sellers and drug users in the same motel. The outside smells like dog crap in the air and when I walked Coby there was not one place he could go because of all the dog crap EVERYWHERE!! It's super disgusting and I am sure full of parasites since those people cannot afford proper care for their pets. At least make them clean up after their animals or no one will stay there. Four weeks and about $15,000.00 I can fix up the whole motel and kick out non customers so you can charge better prices for updated rooms. Otherwise you will be stuck with low income drug people and what is left of the motel 6 will go deeper and deeper into the ground. This is the saddest and by far the worst motel 6 I've ever stayed. You need to up your standards, quality, cleanliness, and management immediately or the slum motel 6 will become a sore eye disaster.

The bed was comfortable. Water was hot. Restaurants nearby.

Check in took over 20 minutes. My room had not been cleaned (4pm): bed unmade, dirty towels on floor, etc. Staff seemed very inexperienced

Cockroach infestation and they would not give me my money back when I was only in the room for an hour. This place needs to be shut down
