Rooms were spacious and clean

The evening staff on arrival didn’t seem to have a clue and passed us keys but have no other information. We had to ask where our room was, how to get to it and what the WiFi details were. There was no hot water for us to shower in either room and when we informed them they couldn’t offer any resolution and it was like pulling teeth to get any form of answer as to how it would be solved. Long story short he ‘wrote it down’ but knew there was an issue and nonchalantly stated they knew some rooms had this issue recently and thought it could be due to being busy. This wasn’t what we needed to hear after a long journey and late night arrival. When I asked about a manager I was told she was on holiday. I then asked who was responsible and was told the area manager may be available the next day. Very difficult to communicate. Day staff were better and more helpful/ friendly but it appeared to be ran at night my young staff who didn’t have the experience or knowledge needed.

The evening front desk gal was insanely rude, the pool area was closed our entire stay too.
