An uncomfortable night stay

That I was able to book it early and not have to deal with check in for too long

No elevator to the 2nd floor no breakfast that was advertised Some of the staff was very rude. I requested a smoking room and was told you couldn't smoke anywhere in the building

Truly the worst hotel I have ever been to, and that even includes motels.

I think the front desk team was somewhat friendly. I liked the floor in the hallway and I could smell the laundry when I walked through. That was nice. The location was ok.

I am a frequent traveler and when I say this was the worst hotel that I have ever been to, I mean exactly that. They removed the fire alarm before I entered the room,(which I am sure is illegal),the cover next to where you lay your head had brown dried liquid splatters, there was a shoe print on the white bed cover, there was a screw wedging the window open, after I removed the screw and locked the window, the locked window was completely able to be open from the outside, the first room smelled strongly like cigarette smoke, the second room smelled stale, there was blood on the carpet in one section, on another section there was a large dark brown dried liquid on the carpet, there was short black dog hair on the bottom of the bed, there was long black hair both on the bed, in the restroom and on the counter tops. Last but not least, there were random splatters of a brownish yellow liquid on the walls in the bedroom and the bathroom. When I sat on the bed before investigating, I started to itch. After seeing the dog hair, it all made sense because I am allergic. There is so much more, but please check the photos. Of the photos present, I tried to avoid too many duplications but there are many more crayon drawings all on the walls and much more hair than what was depicted. I left within 3-4 hours of sitting on the computer chair because I did have an assignment due for class. Once I checked out, I paid the same amount for an amazing stay at Tru Hilton. Do Not Stay Here. When booking.com reached out for a refund, they ignored the calls even though I was literally feet away from them. They have yet to respond.

I’m a hospitality consultant, and I can tell you that they lack a lot of hospitality skills required to have a pleasant

It was a comfortable bed

I only got room service once during my whole week, and they only cleaned the bathroom, breakfast is decent but they make no effort to refill food items if they have been consumed by other guest even though there’s still a few hours for breakfast. And when I was about to leave as I was planning my day in the dining area since it was empty, I was kept being asked when I was going to leave.

I'll never go back this place was trash.

How cheap the snacks were.

The carpet felt absolutely disgusting to walk on like it was wet & sticky. The staff wouldn't let me have another pillow cause there's sucked. The AC didn't work worth crap. The driveway was awful & just dirt. I specifically made checkout time at 12pm and they were banging on our door starting at 9am. After pulling up my checkout time online & showing that they agreed to it they were so rude and still trying to make us leave. The a mount of banging that happened at night it was so hard to sleep. You could hear everything above you & the back door to the pool slamming literally all night long. You'd of thought we slept with our door opened. It stunk & breakfast sucked. The bed was just awful on our backs & we slept so bad. I killed 3 roaches when I was there & had to check our bags for bugs. The location is terrible. You almost miss it every single time.

My Go-To Hotel in North Dallas

Conveniently located off highway I35E. Very clean rooms with microwave and refrigerator. Best of all is comfortable king bed!

Nothing bad about the hotel. Road is under construction so entry is a bit difficult to see in the dark.

Nice, comfortable hotel for an overnight stay.

My room was spacious with a king-size bed and sleep sofa. The a/c worked very well which is very important in hot Dallas summer. The room had black out curtains which blocked out most of the street lights. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The TV had plenty of channels to watch. Wi-Fi was very good. There were several outlets in the room, although no USB outlets.

The access to the hotel is from Stemmons Freeway service road which had a lot of construction going on. They had torn up the access to the parking lot which made it difficult to find in dark. There is a sign with the hotel name but it was a bit difficult to locate at night. The parking lot itself seemed like it had a lot of gravel. It could be because of the construction just outside the parking lot. The hotel has plenty of parking on both sides of the building.

Good

Most of the staff is friendly but the house keeper is very nosy and judgmental even if you aren’t doing anything and just because you like being left alone. Mostly clean and definitely worth the price.

Nosy, judgmental housekeeper. Even if I say don’t disturb me I still get disturbed. I work night shifts and sleep during the day. Half of the electronics don’t work but as long as the tv works I’m good.

It was fine.

It was clean and the temperature was good.

Breakfast was properly put out when we went. Someone had to tell the person working that the coffee was cold and there wasn't any cereal out, etc. The sink faucet was broken and to the left.
