The apartment is composed on the 1st level of an air-conditioned living room of 33 m2, a corridor, a 14m2 bedroom (bed 160) with its bathroom/wc and a second 9m2 bedroom (bed 140) also with its bathroom/wc. The bedrooms and the living room open onto a 35 m2 terrace. The upper floor consists of a 20 m2 dining room (air-conditioned) opening onto a second terrace of 35 m2, a kitchen of 11 m2. So that you can make the most of your stay, we guarantee you real hotel services: from the breakfast service (included in the rental price), to the daily cleaning of the rooms and the whole apartment, everything will be done to make sure that you have a 'real' holiday or a pleasant professional stay. Our 'little extras': comfortable bedding, quality household and bathroom linen, mineral water in the rooms, shower gel and shampoo in the bathrooms. On request you can also discover the Moroccan gastronomy. Short stays possible from 2 nights. Degressive rates depending on the length of stay. My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location, beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The host can help arrange a private taxi from either Rabat or Casablanca airport, which we utilized. There is a helper at the property during part of the day - she preps the complimentary breakfast, cleans and will do your laundry but stays upstairs so the presence wasn’t intrusive. Highly recommend this property for your visit to Rabat.

Excellent séjour en famille, appartement bien situé en ville, nous avons fait beaucoup à pied. L'appartement correspond vraiment aux photos, les terrasses très agréables. Le service hotelier est parfait,on est au petit soin pour nous et cela permet un vrai repos! Nous reviendrons!

Magnifiques duplex très bien situé dans le quartier Hassan tout à côté des ministères L accueil et l attention de souad et mouna est digne d un 5 étoiles Que dire de plus sinon que lors de mon prochain séjour à Rabat je sais ou je vais resider !

Appartement magnifique avec une qualité de service d'un hotel 5*. Situation géographique idéale, proche du centre ville, dans une ruelle très calme. Les terrasses sont superbes et permettent de profiter pleinement de votre séjour, qu'il soit professionnel ou touristique. Les personnes qui s'occupent de l'appartement sont aux petits soins. Cela fait des années que je viens dans cet appartement et c'est à chaque fois un immense plaisir.

L’ appartement dans le quartier très agréable de Hassan est super, il offre tout le confort et a tout à fait correspondu à nos attentes. Mouna et Souad nous ont parfaitement mis à l’aise tout en restant très discrètes. Les petits déjeuners préparés par leurs soins étaient fameux et les deux terrasses du duplex nous ont permis de profiter pleinement des rayons de soleil. Je ne peux que recommander cette location et nous y reviendrons certainement avec grand plaisir si l’occasion se représente .

L'appartement est encore mieux que sur les photos, l'emplacement est parfait pour la visite de rabat et alentours, le service est irréprochable! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour grace a vous! Mr Picquart très à l'écoute et toujours disponible. Nous n'avons rien à ajouter si ce n'est qu'il faut y aller les yeux fermés! Vous ne le regretterai pas...

Vraiment à redire sur ce tres bel appartement sauf peut-etre le matelas dans la plus petite chambre. Les 2 terrasses sont magnifiques et vraiment parfaite pour y passer de tres agréables soirées. Souad nous a été d'une tres grande aide et tres dévoué à nous aider.

La propreté et le service par Souad etaient au rendez-vous. C'est un Duplexe à l'image des propriétaires portant un intérêt au Maroc et son histoire à travers les divers objets de décoration ainsi que la grande et belle bibliothèque. Nous reviendrons très certainement et je recommande ce lieu vivement.

Appartement Trés agréable et idéalement situé pour découvrir les principaux monuments et sites historiques de Rabat. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Souad et Mounia qui furent aux petits soins pour nous. Nous avons également apprécié la richesse de la bibliothèque en ouvrages sur le Maroc . Nous ne pouvons que conseiller sans hésitation cet appartement. Nous y retournerons.

Appartement Trés agréable, spacieux, lumineux et Trés bien placée pour des promenades à pied..le plus, une belle bibliothèque pour les amateurs de lecture comme nous. Nous avons été bien accueillis par Souad et Mounia les gardiennes des lieux, qui nous préparaient les petits-déjeuners, et s'occupaient du ménage et du,linge. Bref, rien à dire since n'est que nous vous recommandons ce logement .

"We stayed for one week in Rabat in this apartment. It really felt like a home away from home. The decor is modern but cosy. It has all the facilities you would need for a weeks stay. The beds are extremely comfortable! There are lots of books, Cds, magazines etc to use while you are there and the television has a number of channels in different languages.It was great to have the use of the kitchen. We loved that one terrace was covered to protect against the heat and one was open for sunbathing! The dining room has an air-conditioning machine, however it doesnt work very well.Maybe a couple of fans would be needed in the summer months as it gets so hot there. The breakfast was served on the terrace every morning and the housekeeper was very friendly and discreet. She used to make some of the breads, so it was nice to taste authentic food rom Morocco! The owner was very friendly to deal with and if we needed anything, we could email him straight away. We will definitely be staying here again and can't wait to go back!"

"The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. The help was greatly appreciated and we certainly enjoyed eating breakfast on the terrace every morning. The neighborhood is clean and quiet though lacks some variety for restaurants. The Almiramar around the corner is a nice place to eat but only serves lunches, good food. The petit taxis are easy to find and an inexpensive way to travel thru the city."
