Comfortable and good value.

Tv and desk chair were solid. Desk chair had good support. Luggage carts were really helpful.

Shower head leaked. Install more power plugs on desk.

Comfortable stay in the heart of Glenwood Springs

This looked like a relatively new property near the Glenwood Springs Resort. The room was very comfortable and convenient to the outside, which was important as we had our retriever with us. Breakfast was excellent - lots of variety. There was a small pet area at the edge of the parking lot, which was helpful. Walking distance to the downtown area and its several brewpubs was a plus too!

Nothing Special ... you sort of know what you are getting before you arrive.

Great welcome at reception from a new Manager who was charming, funny, welcoming and made us feel special onm arrival.

Sadly we ddin't see much of her again and the hotel is desultory, anonymous, bland and without personality. The brerakfast was a little better than average ....

I would honestly enjoy my money back.

I liked the complimentary breakfast.

Multiple times we had asked for our room to be cleaned, and it wasn’t. The price ended up being very expensive compared to what it was supposed to be.

It was comfortable but a little below average

Location. Close to most of attractions

No outdoor landscape. It would be nice to have a nice sittings with some greens. The pool was too small. Outdoor pool will be a great addition

This was the perfect stay after camping! We didn’t need much, just a clean, comfortable bed and a hot shower. La Quinta

The location was easy to access. The staff was friendly. Everything was clean. The air was cold and the shower hot. Breakfast was delicious. Simple and perfect for our one night stay in Glendale!

Everything was great. Staff, breakfast, quiet room. Parking was ridiculous. Not enough space probably because of the restaurants. Not very many spaces available due to that.

Great location. Close walk to bars and restaurants and Glenwood Hot Springs. Access to do own washing. Nice pool, gym and spa. Very clean.

Disappointing

Nice location, Great staff and breakfast.

Mattress was super uncomfortable.. I felt like I was drowning in the bed. My bad hurted so bad after waking up. Not a decent bed.

Proximity to the springs, pet friendly, and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding! The staff was great for the most part.

The cost of my stay went from $177 online to $249 after all the taxes and fees. After I think about this, I believe that I should have rated my stay an 8.

Over all, we had a great time here. We were not disappointed with this hotel at all.

Very clean and updated. Nice clean room and bathroom are nice. Perfect location. Just right off I-70, not hard to find. You can literally walk to the Glenwood Hot springs which we came here for. You can also walk to their nice little town center with plenty of restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was great with lots of choices.

The place was great. I just didn’t feel that welcoming hospitality from the staff during check in. My 13 year old even commented “I think she didn’t like her job.”

The breakfast was excellent, the location was convenient, and there was plenty of parking.

Furnishings are mostly nice but you can tell the building is quite dated. Could use various drywall fixes throughout the building. Also, the fitted sheet was not snug enough on the mattress and popped off a corner of the mattress in the night without any other mattress protection underneath.

I loved Everything about our stay.

the location is perfect, walking distance from Caverns Adventure, next to it is a really good Mexican restaurant and village inn. The Ski resort is 30 min away, and the Hot Springs are very close. The room was clean breakfast is good, and staff is nice.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights as part of our 1st Anniversary trip! Perfect choice!

The hotel was walking distance to everything including the Glenwood Caverns theme park and 2 hot springs!

No complaints, really enjoyed every aspect of this property!
