Large room, king size bed, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, sink. Good restaurants within walking distance. Near Marina Del Rey and beaches.
Power outlet over the nightstand on the door side of the bed didn't work. But others were fine, including nearby under the desk.
Next door to a cannabis dispensary, lots of trash on the street--but not the fault of the motel and didn't really affect me.

The room was well kept and clean. The AC and ceiling fan are great for staying cool with air circulation.
The wall were the AC was installed has not been painted, it looks patched up.

The staff was very accomodating and quick to respond to requests. We were in the area for a wedding and needed to iron our clothes. They were very helpful with all interaction. When we checked they stated they were in the process of remodeling and not everything was up to standard and offered an immediate refund if we were unhappy with the room. If we were staing more than 1 night we pobably would have taken him up on that.
Even though things there were in the middle of a renovation, I still expected a little more. There were trash bags being used as curtains and the door to the room did not have extra sercurity latches. There was only the bare light bulb in the ceiling fixture and no side lamps. The refrigerator was small but quaint. You could see where they were going with the renovation, but they should not be renting the room we were in out. It just wasn't ready.
