Friendly front desk

The staff and the breakfast.

There are areas in need of improvement to make it a top notch hotel.

Clean but badly needs updates

Location was good. Breakfast was ok. Clean sheats. Good a/c. Quiet

Room smelled like feet. Drain plug in the sink and bath were broken. Rust in the bottom of the tub. Shower drain was slow. Window shades were tattered. None of the apps on the tv worked. Only local channels. Hard bed. No pillow case for extra pillow for the pullout.

MY STAY WAS GREAT. I WILL USE THIS HOTEL IN THE FUTURE.

THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND SPACIOUS. THE BED AND COMFORTER EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. THE PRICE WAS VERY AFFORDABLE.

Las llaves se desactivan cada día y hay que volverlas a activar en recepción. No es mayor problema, pero al principio no lo supimos hasta que ya estábamos intentando abrir nuestro cuarto y no nos fue posible, así que tuvimos que bajar a preguntar.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The front desk staff was wonderful and welcoming. Breakfast had several options to choose from, and the rooms were clean.

Consistently clean & comfortable!

We’ve stayed here several times & it’s been consistently clean & comfortable. Also like that each room has microwaves & small refrigerators.

Rooms need a little updating but it doesn’t detract from the comfort & cleanliness that we look for first & foremost.

I booked a king bed room but they gave queen bed room. asked if they could change me to a king bed room but they said there was no king bed room available. what the hell! I paid and reserved a king bed room on that day. it is your job to save me one.

uncomfortable because of letesha and jackie

The facility was clean

jackie and letesha, 2 very hostile black women. Jackie messed up my payment, I payed a week and she didn’t authorize it the same day and when I went to extend for another week I ended up payment for 2 weeks at the same time. I have never experience that with a hotel. Letesha was very rude got in my face in the lobby and was very rude in front of other customers. Then my stay was very uncomfortable, giving me dirty looks and all.

Pleasantly surprised

It was clean and comfortable atmosphere. Quiet and centrally located to all the things we had planned.

The breakfast was ok, very limited options. But very clean and well maintained. Also they charged a deposit that was not explained at time of Booking. And not sure on when that deposit will be refunded!

Lack of customer service, compassion of job, and service

Location was good because it was in the heart of Plano off of 75 and right by a lot eateries and easy access to highways. Bed was comfy

Lack of safety, customer service from male front desk, lack of room service and addressing issues. Clogged tub that was rusted out as well the AC unit would not run on auto. Constantly stayed on. No safety at all. Random people hanging around the building loitering and trying to run scams. The male front desk even gave out my room number to one guy and called the room to confirm if me or my sister knew him. He hung up on me when I was trying to tell him that there were people hanging around the facility and didn't feel safe to get to my room. Did not report the clog in the shower drain nor did he do the room service that I asked for as I stayed there for four nights and 5 days. The elevator also shut down 3 times and had to be reset.

Location in Plano, not too rowdy.

The carpets of the floors (both in elevator and room) look pretty dirty and smell. The breakfast seems like fast foods.

Very good

Location was nice and easy to get restaurants and shopping places.

The bed was hard and the sheets were dirty an had to ask for new sheets. The first night the lady was rude about asking for new sheets.

There was some bad smell in the hallway. Some staff (or customers, I was not sure) watched TV without closing their doors. So I heard the TV noise in my room.

No USB plugs

It was cheap and quiet

There were not any Available plugs that we could use to charge our phones. We had to unplug a lamp and the alarm clock just so we could charge our phones.

Wonderful Staff

The staff were amazing and very kind. The price was great.

Most of the rooms (I transferred to a couple of them) smell badly of cigarette smoke. It reeks. Also, the carpets in the hallways are old and need to be replaced.
